CMT-TipE series is a semi-automated tip-forming/welding and manufacturing for medical catheters.

With its dry air-cooled design, instant RF heating from room temperatures to 250~450°C and above can be achieved within 3 secs at a temperature accuracy of 2% (An optional infrared closed-loop temperature-controlled mold is also available, providing a maximum temperature accuracy of ±0.5°C).
